About Us
Do good & Be cool
Just two ordinary people contributing to a better world for everyone
We are Jeff and Lily, Lily and Jeff, and we love all that Virginia has to offer. In 2021, we used our savings to buy a farmhouse nestled in the Northern Neck, complete with 18.5 acres of land that once grew corn and soy. Armed with determination and mostly Jeff’s hardworking hands, we installed 1.5 miles of fencing, developed 15 acres of what we affectionately call our “sheep salad mix” pasture, and set up a 60 foot long hoop barn for our flock of sheep. We also have chickens and ducks that freely roam the garden surrounding our house, and retire to their not quite Instagram worthy coops at night.
We think that the world can use just a touch more kindness and respect for one another, and we’d like to tackle that through your stomach – you can’t be hangry if you’re full of delicious food.

Frequent Questions
What is regenerative farming?
Regenerative farming is a holistic approach that focuses on actively restoring and improving the health of our ecosystem. By prioritizing on the interconnections between soil health and biodiversity, the practices benefit both the environment and food production.
What does it mean to be pasture-fed?
Our animals have a 100% pasture diet which consists of plants that belong to the Poaceae/Grass family (orchard grass, fescue), as well as the Fabaceae/Legume family (clover, birdsfoot trefoil). This mixture allows the animals to have access to yearlong forage.
